Psychedelic Integration Therapy

Find healing by exploring your interior world.

Integration Therapy aims at helping you to make sense of profound psychedelic experiences, explore attachment wounds that arise during your journey work, and provide ongoing emotional support.

What is integration therapy?

Integrating psychedelic experiences into your therapeutic journey can be both powerful and healing. Integration therapy is best suited for those who have had a recent psychedelic experience within a therapeutic or ceremonial setting and are open to exploring how those experiences frame and shape their ongoing therapeutic work. Sessions include a narrative of experiences, somatic work, intention setting, and education. In conjunction with integration sessions, I often provide my clients with at home Yin Yoga practices to maintain a mindful connection to their physical bodies between our sessions.

Sessions might look like:

  • Sharing about your experience while using psychedelics

  • Reflecting on meanings

  • Providing a safe container for wounds that arise

  • Developing goals and a plan for future experiences

Training & Safety.

I approach all psychedelic integration work from a harm reduction model with your safety as my top priority. Our meaningful work takes place after the completion of psychedelic use and it best situated within 12-48 hours of your experience. My training equips me to provide integration support of psychedelic experiences, not prescribe or administer psychedelic substances.

The use of psychedelics outside of medical, therapeutic, and ceremonial settings poses unknown and, potentially, great risks. While there is still much to learn about the recreational use of psychedelics, I do not provide integration services for such experiences nor do I act as a trip sitter.

Where can I find a psychedelic prescriber?

Locating safe, reputable, and research-based psychedelic treatment is important. While I do not offer personal recommendations for clinics and/or prescribers in your area, I do have a few helpful tips when researching possible locations.

“The potential of the psychedelic drugs to provide access to the interior universe, is, I believe, their most valuable property.”
